This applies to limited models that allows the customer to sleep on the mattress set a minimum of 30 nights then have 30 nights to contact North Star Mattress and re-select another set. Mattress set must be clean, of free of stains and scuffs. A 10% re-stocking charge plus re-delivery charge extra. Balance of original order will be a store credit, applied to new set. No refunds. One time exchange. Many models such as twin XL, high end fulls, California Kings, etc are special order and are not available for an exchange. Please contact North Star Mattress for details.
